Meet Tuan

Specializing in first-time and move-up homebuyers, sellers, and investors, Tuan Tran’s high-level service enriches every relationship and makes every client feel like his only client. When it comes to delivering superior results, Tuan leans comfortably on his real estate and tech background, business and marketing degree, and professional marketing and negotiation experience.

 

Tuan launched his real estate career in 2003. Years earlier, he’d stepped in as an English-language interpreter for his parents when they purchased their first home and realized he wanted to pursue the industry professionally, though he pursued a career in tech first. His additional experience in appraisals, broker price opinions (BPOs), foreclosures, and short sales increase his versatility as an agent. Tuan also holds designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI®); and Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE). He strives to exceed his clients’ expectations on every level, and he knows he’s succeeded when they refer him to their friends and family.

 

Tuan’s interests beyond real estate focus primarily on spending as much time as possible with his wife and children. Traveling has made him further appreciate the opportunities unique to this country, and he feels privileged to assist new immigrants in California, advising them on securing housing and work and helping them transition into American culture. Tuan also supports Catholic Charities USA.
