A respected real estate professional since 2005, Randy Rullamas’ personal homebuying experiences are at the heart of his service, ensuring complete confidentiality, integrity, and transparency at every turn.

 

After a negative home buying experience when he purchased his first home, Randy was compelled to conduct much of his own research and analysis to find answers to his questions. He lost all confidence in real estate agents from that initial experience. However, when some of his friends found themselves in similar home buying situations, he quickly became their trusted resource. His enthusiasm to help others along with his previous home buying knowledge, set off his passion to pursue a career in real estate. Randy continues to be a rich resource for his family, friends, and past clients, creating invariable ease throughout the process. He is known for his trusted reputation and real estate expertise.

 

Additionally, with a tech industry and entrepreneurial background, Randy is proficient in analyzing current market trends, employing research tools, and assessing data-driven analytics to help his clients make effective decisions. Randy also has extensive knowledge in appraisals, broker price opinions (BPOs), foreclosures, and short sales, and he holds a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI®) designation.

 

When Randy isn’t providing professional or personal real estate guidance, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and engaging in other outdoor activities. A pivotal adventure was a one-year sabbatical Randy took to travel the U.S. with his family. They visited 31 states and many national parks and monuments while making lots of friends from all over the country.
